Summary | 0010469: Sherrif gets convicted to prison time (export ban violations)
Description | So you can get your sheriff convicted to jail time, which he will never serve, because he can't jail himself. It doesn't seem to break anything though, the sheriff just keeps his outstanding sentence. Does not happen production with mandate violations, does only happen with export ban violations
Steps To Reproduce | Have your sheriff haul a banned export good to the depot, sell it. Wait for the caravan to leave the screen. Now your sheriff has a jailtime sentence.
Additional Information | NOTE: I do not appoint hammerers. It's possible that if you have a hammerer, the sheriff will be convicted to hammerstrikes. Haven't tried.

I was wrong on the production mandates part. My sheriff just got convicted to 76 dails in jail for failing to meet the duke's production mandate. So it's not just export ban violations. I did notice that his outstanding sentence for the export ban violation stopped being outstanding after a few years. The criminal record is still there, but he didn't need to server time for it anymore, even though he never went to jail. Not sure if that's intentional? |
