This is a funny one. Amid all their grown wooden items this year's elven traders brought a single grown native platinum pedestal. My dwarves are very impressed.

It's likely (I lack the opportunity to check the actual save at the moment) that this is simply a native platinum pedestal that is decorated with grown wood, hence the "grown" adjective. They often sell clothing and bags similarly labeled.
