Description | Before the in-game announcment, this werelizard fought and killed a non-citizen who was wandering around the border of the map. The beast didn't show up in the unit/others menu nor in the 'v'iew units menu, but its name is revealed by the combat report. | ||||
Additional Information | It seems the game reveals werebeasts when citizens-only reports them. Maybe it should apply to guests too. The combat report show the beast name even when it has not been announced. | ||||

I don't think that's a bug, but by design. They can kill wild animals without revealing themselves as well. |

I've read more about ambush mechanics on the wiki and agree it works as expected: fortress guests do not reveal ambushers. Please close this. |

Fun fact: the game displays a special message when you discover an unconscious ambusher. |
