Replicated issue in 44.12
Clarification: it is specifically the hair thread which is not stored in stockpiles. Un-spun hair can still be stored in Refuse stockpiles as it shows up under Refuse in the "Hair/Wool" sub-category.
There is no sub-category under Cloth stockpiles for "Thread (Hair)" and thus the hair thread is not stored in stockpiles. |

Report is supposed to be for version 0.47.04. Guess I forgot to select that after trying to submit the report for the umpteenth time. |

Can confirm for 50.07 - there seem to be only 4 types of hair thread properly recognized currently, sheep llama troll and one other. This is also visible in th thread stockpile settings. All the other thread just clutters shops and does not get used for loom jobs. |
