Summary | 0011596: Windows' scaling breaks fullscreen
Description | When opening (or fullscreening) DF (with windows scaling not set to 100%), DF is 'zoomed' in the center, but after alt-tabbing it is 'zoomed' into the top-left. 'Zoomed' in the sense of the sides are cropped off the screen.
Steps To Reproduce | - Set the scaling option in Windows (System>Display>Scale and Layout) to anything but 100% - In the init.ini, set the fullscreen resolution to 0x0 or your monitor resolution - Open the game in fullscreen (or press F11)
