It seems missing Mechanisms related entry in this interface.

P: Workshop profile
switch to the "Work Orders" tab
q: New Order
search "Mechanism", no results

This is likely due to the same underlying issue as 0009846 - if you query a Mechanic's Workshop and attempt to add a Work Order from there, all of the metal mechanism construction jobs are listed.
