Summary | 0011999: Furniture placement window doesn't obstruct clicks
Description | Repro: have some furniture constructed, and select it from the build menu. This brings up the window with options for material selection etc. Click on a point within the black background of that window, first ensuring that the corresponding point beneath it in the world is an empty space where a structure can be placed. Expected: the click does nothing, because the UI window absorbs it rather than letting it pass through to the section of the map it is visually obstructing Actual: the window ignores the click, and the click registers on the map; so, an order is created to place the furniture item on that spot. Discussion: This violates ordinary expectations for GUI elements. If a window visually obscures things behind it, it should also block clicks; this constraint prevents users from unwittingly interacting with things they can't even see.
