Summary0012620: Dwarves climb over wall and jump into moat instead of using open drawbridge.
DescriptionAs the title says, dwarves will, seemingly at random, decide to start climbing a wall, crest it, then jump one story into the moat below instead of simply walking through a door and out onto a drawbridge.
Steps To ReproduceOpen save labeled "RANDOM DROWNING", raise Z level to the unfinished tower floor with 5 levers on it, and observe as some dwarves elect to climb over the wall and jump into the moat instead of using the drawbridge (you may have to wait 30-50 seconds).

Additional InformationThis issue began to happen after removing the drawbridges in order to pave the grass floor beneath them with stone. When I first removed the northern drawbridge, I noticed dwarves starting to show up drowned in odd places. Then, while the northern bridge was under construction, I set the western bridge to be disassembled. More and more dwarves were showing up drowned. Now, with both drawbridges rebuilt, it seems like the dwarves will randomly decide to climb over the wall instead of using the much safer drawbridge, a behavior that had never happened up until now.

I use exactly zero mods.

Upon reloading the save and testing further to reproduce, I realized that contrary to what I said in "additional information", it seems like this behavior only happens while the western bridge is deconstructed + northern bridge is built. Once the western bridge is built, it seems that no dwarves drown themselves.
