| Description | Can't scroll in the list of announcements in the settings, when both are "all" it's fine, but when for example I try to see fortress specific announcements, as well as some other ones, I can't scroll down. For most categories, the list doesn't move although the block to the right moves when I use my scroll wheel. I've uploaded a video of it https://youtu.be/0HI48dH9UNE | ||||

After reviewing your footage I can recreate this issue, occurs whether you are at the main menu or playing an active game. EDIT: Grabbing the scrollbar with my mouse and dragging it up/down can recreate this issue as well as using the mousewheel. |
