Summary	0012739: Stockpiles and zones remember begun-and-cancelled rectangle state (and related strangeness)
Description	(Noticed in version 50.12.) If you begin adding to a stockpile or zone with the rectangle tool, and escape before finishing the rectangle, then the next time you try adding tiles to the same entity, you will be already in the middle of drawing the same rectangle. This means you can't really cancel the addition; you're forced to add, and then subtract later if it adds something you don't want.
Steps To Reproduce	Example 0000001: Select an existing stockpile or zone. Add to it (it doesn't remember your choice of drawing mode and defaults to rectangle). Click to begin drawing a rectangle. Press Esc on the keyboard, or right click. Select the same area and add to it again. You will already be in the middle of drawing the same rectangle. Finish the rectangle. Esc or right click without clicking "Accept." The addition will still be accepted. Example 0000002: Select an existing stockpile or zone. Add to it. Click the eraser. Click to begin drawing a rectangle to erase from the selected area. Esc or right click. Select a different area entirely, of a different type (stockpile or zone). Add to it. You will already be in the middle of drawing the same rectangle from the previously-selected area, but adding rather than erasing.
