Summary0012844: (Beta) Outlaws are passively scared of their own existence.
DescriptionWhen talking to an outlaw that's confirmed(?) to be part of an outlaw civilization, (Using Ask About the Local Ruler and getting a "We are right in all matters") Bringing up the incident or rumor that they are in the site in question will get a "It is terrifying." Response.
It feels a little whacky that the only way to know whether they are the civilization in question as far as I know, is to ask about what group holds the site, or read the legends about the site.

Also to note, "Investigate or interrogate" does nothing. Every time I've used it, they either:
A. Deflected every response until they took their leave.
B. Caved in and said "I have no master..." "..I do not scheme"

I think this may be related to some wider allegiance problems, I've noticed that attacking people in most sites (hamlets, towns, goblin fortresses, regular fortress, camps) leads to its members immediately turning on each other and in-fighting, with this sometimes even happening without player combat
