Summary	0013013: citizen information ctrl v not working
Description	On the citizen information menu, ctrl+v is supposed to take you to the selected creature's sheet, but it doesn't seem to work. On the contrary, the ctrl+c hotkey does its job without any issues.

lethosor 2024-11-11 20:30 manager ~0042422	Confirmed in 50.14. Sending the OPEN_SHEET key directly with DFHack also has no effect. (This is the only key bound to Ctrl+V by default other than CUSTOM_CTRL_V, and it is right next to RECENTER.)
