Same thing. I was playing on a desktop PC, switched to a laptop, launched the game and the game starts, but freezes on one frame. It consists of a black screen and a white frame. When you click, the game loads and throws an error that the program is not responding. Waiting for the program to respond does not help. When idle, the task manager shows 0% load on anything, 50.9 MB of memory. The process is frozen. I'm not sure when it appeared, but about 2 weeks ago I played from a laptop and everything definitely worked, so it's related to version 51.08/09/10. I tried reinstalling the game, clearing the Steam cache and rebooting the laptop - in vain. |

My point was that you're not supposed to post duplicate issues - it does nothing but make things more difficult for Toady (who now has to sift through multiple bug reports about the exact same thing). If you want to say that an existing bug is still present, just post a comment on that one. |
