Summary0013308: Setting werebeast number too high results in wereblobs
DescriptionThe "random_object_parameters" key "werebeast_blacklist" is used to ensure werebeasts are each of a unique species. However, there are a limited number of valid species.
Steps To ReproduceGenerate a world with a WEREBEAST_NUMBER greater than 83, the higher the more obvious. The last werebeast species will be wereblobs.

Suggested fix: Clean out all RCP that would otherwise be candidates to ropar.werebeast_blacklist when trying to generate a species and there are no possible valid options.
