| Summary | 0013352: Visitors arrive as citizens | ||||
| Description | Two occurrences so far: 1- A human hunter arrived. Which triggered announcements: 'has returned', 'has become a [hunter]', and 'shared a few rumours'. They show in the Citizen tab and can be assigned labours, but cannot assigned a noble position or a squad position. Relationship tab shows that they have never spoken with anyone in this fort. They are a member of a site belonging to my home civ, but not my site or my civ. They are a Legendary Treasure Hunter. 2-A monster hunter that I previous had join as a long-term resident then expelled triggered 'has returned', 'has become a [clothier]' announcements. Also on Citizen tab and can be assigned labours, but cannot assigned a noble position or a squad position. Has relationships from being here previously. They are a former member of a human site and civ, current member of a nomadic group. No connection with my civ or site. Also a Legendary Treasure Hunter. I have had normal visitors turn up; bards, scholars, prophets, performance troupes. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Depends on visitors arriving. I played on a bit to the get the 2nd visitor. | ||||
| Additional Information | I thought it might be just be some world gen oddity so thought the first one may not actually be a bug, but having now just seen the previously expelled monster hunter return as a citizen feels like a bug. Apologies if I've duplicated this anywhere. I can't see anyone else talking about it on the Discord or other communities but would presume this is a fairly common bug to occur so trying to think what unusual things I may have done for it to occur: I used advanced world gen to create a 600 year old world so maybe I've got more historical figures around for it to occur? Did a few more niche things in world gen to make it more 'low fantasy' like get rid of necromancers and magic if that is related. I have those settings saved. Also kept manual saves for the two times these citizen-visitors arrived if they are needed. | ||||
