Summary	0013426: Pressure plates ignore ridden minecarts
Description	Ridden minecarts don't seem to trigger pressure plates of any weight range. This is true for fort mode, but I haven't tested adventure mode.

(Other than pressure plates only staying engaged for 4 combat ticks resulting in discrepancies with minecart computers.) Edit: It seems to work in fort mode after all. Uncertain what the issue was, but I can't replicate it anymore.
