Summary	0013521: Black Screen Application Windowed/Fullscreen on Windows 11
Description	Opening the game is normal when I get to main screen and the game is the application I focus on, it immediately turns to black after 2 to 3 seconds. Sometimes I'll be able to click on one button on the main screen if I'm fast enough, but after that game becomes unresponsive but doesn't crash. When clicking on another application or clicking onto the desktop background brings the visuals of the game back into view but very soon after going back to attempt to play the application the screen resumes its black function. Verify and reinstall did not fix this issue.
Steps To Reproduce	- Start game -Wait for menu to open -wait for 3 seconds ---------> Application turns to black
Additional Information	You do have to force close the game clicking exit or clicking the X on windowed mode does nothing must close via steam or Task manager.
