| Description | When I try to start a new Dwarf Fortress Mode and I have the option to assign points to the starting 7 dwarfs I am unable to for some unknown reason. My +- keys obviously work here, on my MacBook (laptop), but in-game I am unable to us the +- keys, no matter if im holding Shift down, Fn, Command, etc. I've tried it all. | ||||

Try changing your keybindings. I think this is a known issue with laptops where the default keybindings are not correct. |

getting the secondary selectors etc working on laptops and netbooks is a pain if you're used to a full PC keyboard. ;) I use [ + ] as alternatives. keyloggings can be accessed via the ESC menu. note: there are several secondary menu selectors, some cannot use the same keys. issue resolved. :) edit: these are the relevant strings in the interface.txt I think: [SECONDSCROLL_UP:KEYDD] [SECONDSCROLL_DOWN:KEYDB] [SECONDSCROLL_PAGEUP:COMMA] [SECONDSCROLL_PAGEDOWN:PERIOD] |
