Summary0001521: Soldier on duty while in prison
DescriptionI have an order "defend burrow, 3 minimum" and one of the three doing the defense is prisioner (mandate not met- 100 days in prison), standing restrained in prison and doing "defend [burrow]"

Additional Information- He is restrained far from the burrow he is supposed to defend.
- He should be tagged as "not avaible to do the job, call another one"
- Squad is full and fully equipped, free squaddies doing individual combat drills

After change of month the dwarf changed to "no job (chained)", so it may be only a very stupid dwarf who is a bit slowish in understanding things.
