| Description | go to equip military decide to equip every item specifically equip a dwarf click 'specific __________" in this case the only items listed were the copper axes and breastplates i had embarked with. the rest of the list was empty, despite there being an armor and weapon stockpile, both filled with various steel items. None of the items were forbidden, and the stockpiles were within the designation of the squad barracks, which was assigned to that squad, with training, squad, and personal equipment on. | ||||
| Additional Information | also this was with no arsenal dwarf, as i had just embarked. Most recently this happened blatantly during a reclaim fortress game, but i've noticed it normal embarks as well. | ||||

this looks like the same as the issue in 0000707, which is marked as resolved. |

Needing an arsenal dwarf on reclaim is 0000882. If it happens on normal embarks too, with a population <20, you should try appointing an arsenal dwarf to see whether that causes the items to show up as expected. Are you sure the steel items hadn't already been assigned to other soldiers? |

Reminder sent to: slothen Are you able to provide further information on this bug? Have you been able to reproduce this in a current version (31.12 and above)? I believe with all the fixes to the military since this bug report was filed, it may be obsolete. |

Probably fixed, but there's no real indication as to whether this reproduces. |
