Summary0001571: Multiple queued melt orders cause queue order juggling (Not using the job manager screen)
DescriptionI directly entered a few tasks through the smelter add menu. Make coke from bituminous coal, make coke from lignite, melt metal object, smelt limonite ore, smelt native copper ore, smelt malachite ore, and a couple others, in that order.
All were set on repeat mode.
I unpaused and checked something else for a few moments, then returned to check the progress. The couple others mentioned were going from the list, event hough they were last. The 3 smelt ore tasks were now at the beginning of the list. The 2 coke orders were now stuffed at the end of the list (when I tasked them first to increase my fuel stocks) Perhaps the coke tasks have a secondary coding that makes them drop to the end of the list since they don't produce metal bars?
Steps To ReproducePause. Task the above tasks in the mentioned order. Move the screen elsewhere. Unpause and twiddle thumbs. Return to smelter menu. See order changed.
Additional InformationNot a gamebreaker, but requires a bit of micromanaging of the smelters task list for those that neglect to stockpile hordes of coal before going smelt-happy.

The orders set to Repeat work the way that when one of them finishes a task it is moved to the end of the queue. That way the whole queue is repeated.
It doesn't work as you expect that it will repeat the first order until it runs out of materials, then go to second one.
It might be a little unintuitive but is intentional, and very useful feature.

Yeah, even if it doesn't suit all modes of play, this is very much intended.
