Summary0001775: Miners fail to fall unconscious after cave-in until current job is ended.
DescriptionMiners triggered a cave-in due to bad designations on my part. Dug out ramps around a poorly supported floor or somesuch. Standard stuff.

First Problem: They were in the dust cloud, but not affected in any way. They weren't bumped around and their jobs were not canceled.

My thought, of course, was "Wonderful! My mistake didn't cost me."
The miners continued tunneling, taking it one square at a time as usual.

Second Problem: I noticed a miner going hungry, and they happened to be tunneling through an ore vein. Thought "He'll just take forever to tunnel a few extra squares, ruin some ore, and get less work done than he would if he stopped to eat and return." So I disabled Mining on him. He instantly fell unconscious. "Shrug." I wanted to prevent more cave-ins, so I canceled a line of designations that happened to include the second miner's current dig square. The moment his job was interrupted, he fell unconscious as well.

Third Problem: They've been unconscious for an inordinate amount of time. On checking back with my game, it's been running this whole time and they DID wake up.
Steps To ReproduceThis should be reproducible, but I don't really know how to go about it. I can't intentionally create a cave-in that happens not to affect dwarves and does not interrupt digging jobs.
Additional InformationI do have a save from just before it happened, but dwarves do not take consistent digging patterns and it does not naturally reproduce.

After struggling to find the right category, I only discover that Cave-in is a category AFTER creating it. I can't change that; maybe a moderator can.

Probably no more in 40.24. Dust from cave ins makes units around get unconscious immediately and I get few "Unconcious" job cancellations ...and sometimes also "Horrified" when they get up and see their fellow dwarf is not going to get up any more. I haven't seen any post-cave in unconsciousness caused by job cancellation by me.

If anyone has a save that reproduces this problem in the latest version, please upload it to http://dffd.bay12games.com/ and PM a manager on the forums (or reopen the report).
