The error log isn't that helpful. Try answering these questions instead.
Are you melting items?
Do you have a military setup?
Are there any injured dwarves receiving hospital treatment?

I'm not melting items.

In fact, I do have a military which i just set to inactive, since two of my dwarves suddenly started sparring with their *steel battle axe*s, slitting the throad of my captain who - luckily surviving the "training session" went for hospital resting.

I'll update when i find out what treatment he got when it crashed, you probably put me on the right track there.

If you have a save that crashes quickly and reliably, it would be helpful to upload it to http://dffd.wimbli.com/

Here you go: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=2408

It crashes after roughly 30 seconds.

I tested a little more.

What is bugged is the bar of cow soap. When i forbid that particular item, a bar of donkey soap is being used to clean the wound, which is working.

I fixed the save from 0001828 that had the small bar of soap, so going with the small bar located by schlappi, I'm going to go ahead and mark this one as resolved for 0.31.06.
