Summary	0002244: cpu usage irregularities
Description	when minimizing DF cpu usage drops to none, mem usage still fluctuates indicating that it is still working. however while watching the year on world gen it seems to not change while minimized (or at least very little).
Steps To Reproduce	in windowed mode click the minimize button, or while in full screen mode use alt-tab, either while using task manager to moniter cpu usage.
