Summary0002584: Goblin-owned sites contain only dwarves
DescriptionI have this in my worldsites (there are several similar):

Omospetosp, "Vilesiege", a dark fortress
Owner: The Ruthlessness of Duty, goblins
Parent Civ: The Lonely Cruelties, goblins
    59 dwarves
    1 mongoose fiend

Is this intentional?

I checked historical records and it APPEARS that the first Dwarf here was "Nil Atheldeduk". Nil was abducted at year 7 and brought to this site. While there she had two children. Presumably those two children grew up in this site as well. Eventually all the goblins died or were killed and only dwarves remain.

There are only three sites in this civ, and they all have only dwarves living there. Should the civ and owner really be listed as "Goblin" still?

If this is a "feature" that's fine, I'm just curious if it's intended or not.
Steps To ReproduceThis was a large world, 1025 years, but I bet it could happen on a smaller worldgen, I used default settings.

Yeah, it's a "feature." Each civ is permanently associated with a race during world generation, and there's no mechanism yet for changing that association in response to demographic shifts. Besides, if it just said "dwarves" instead of "goblins," you'd have no way of telling that they were goblinized dwarves -- it is, in some sense, still a goblin civ.
