DescriptionJobs for custom workshops assigned by the Job Manager are not being recorded in the Job Manager, so they keep being re-issued.


Steps To ReproduceAssign custom workshop job in the Manager, let it finish, note that the job manager still has the task listed as incomplete.

This might be new for 31.10, I don't remember seeing this before.
