Loaded in 31.18.

Verified created in 31.10.
No errorlog.txt entries.

This is practically a brand new fort, only first 7 dwarfs present.

Getting similar crash on 0003812 - they both have undead animals.

I tried to verify if this bug has been fixed. When I load it in .21, it gives me a fatal error of "Missing Reaction Definition". Are the saves no longer compatible? I copied the .21 raw directory into the save directory. Is this wrong?

I copied the .21 raw directory into the save directory. Is this wrong?

Yes, it's very unsafe to copy the entire raw directory over a save's raws. If you're being careful, you can sometimes copy certain individual files -- people sometimes do this so that their old saves can benefit from raws-based bugfixes. However, all you have to do to transfer a save is copy the save's entire region folder into data/save.

Thanks for checking whether it's been fixed -- let us know what you find out.

Thanks Foot. I copied the region directly into the save directory and it loaded fine. The game still crashes two-three seconds after running. I tried deleting all the jobs, removing designations, but it still crashes. Like you said, perhaps it has to do with the undead animals.

Please reopen this report or PM a manager on the forums if this problem is still present in 0.40.03+.
