Summary | 0002743: Gem setter not claiming workshop.
Description | Gem setter is having a strange mood (possession) and he won't claim any workshop (nor is there really any communication on exactly what kind of workshop he wants, all workshops he could possibly use are in existence...)
Steps To Reproduce | load save game. http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=2717
Additional Information | I may be missing something, whatever it is, it ain't obvious.

He's a gem cutter so he wants a jeweler's workshop, but you don't have one actually built (and moody dwarves won't build their own workshops). I enabled gem setting on a random idle dwarf and he finished the workshop, at which point your possessed dwarf immediately claimed it and started gathering materials. |
