| Summary | 0002851: Dwarfs go off duty at end of month when they shouldn't |

| Description | Military dwarfs that are on duty (scheduled to be training all 12 months of the year in the case reported here) go off duty on the last day of the month. They immediately resume their duty on the first day of the next month.
This produces announcements of the sort "Urist McSlacker has become a peasant" and "Urist McSlacker has become an Axe Lord", and may lead to unnecessary bad thoughts.
The bug does not necessarily happen every month, but when I started a game with the explicit intention of reproducing this bug, it happened both between Granite and Slate and Slate and Felsite.
