Summary | 0002860: Dwarf missing left leg receives sutures and has bone set in fourth toe, left foot
Description | I was investigating why a stray leg had not been cleaned up following battle and traced it back to a soldier who was alive and missing a leg. It turns out, she's still in the hospital being treated, but she had just two procedures, "Had fourth toe, left foot set" "Received pig tail fiber sutures on fourth toe, left foot" That's some amazing dwarven health plan.
Steps To Reproduce | I don't have the log, but I'm betting she still had her left leg when her foot was injured, so the injury stuck around even after her leg was lost.

That wording is from the medical history, and is just that, a history. If she subsequently lost her leg, the foot/toe detail is still part of her history. If you find a scenario where a dwarf is receiving health care on body parts that don't exist at the time of the medical attention, then reopen this report and upload a save. |
