| Summary | 0003173: Remains and body parts don't get hauled from within a dark fortress. | ||||
| Description | Remains, non-dwarf corpses, and body parts (including bones, shells, hair, etc.) that are generated inside a dark fortress don't get hauled to their appropriate stockpiles, and don't get dumped when designated appropriately. At the same site, remains and body parts generated underground *are* hauled and dumped appropriately. I suspect this is related to the bug causing rottables to not produce miasma inside a dark fortress. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Embark on a ruined dark fortress. 2. Build a butcher shop inside the dark fortress. 3. Designate a refuse stockpile and a dump. 4. Butcher an animal. 5. Attempt to dump a body part from butchered animal. or 1. Embark on a ruined dark fortress with a cat. 2. Designate a dump zone. 3. Attempt to dump remains left inside the dark fortress. | ||||

I don't have any experience with dark fortresses, but some basic questions. Have you enabled outside hauling of refuse? Seems like (from the other report) that the dark fortress is considered "outside". |

Haven't tried that. But I know that if I loo'k' at a tile inside the fortress, it's described as "inside." |
