DescriptionDwarfs throwing parties greatly decreases FPS.

This is talked about on the forums a great deal and folks are encouraged to use meeting zones instead.

I was unable to find any bug reports regarding this issue. It seems like a bug, anyway. :) If there's a duplicate issue already, I apologize. (I did search)
Steps To ReproduceMake a bunch of 'meeting hall' rooms, watch your FPS decrease significantly with each new party thrown.
