DescriptionRecording REC tag keeps blinking on the screen even after saving and stopping, or at least I don't know how to get the blinking to stop besides quitting the game. Annoyance.

This is intentional, so people can record the title screen.

To stop recording, hit ; again, and hit s to save the record. This also stops recording. That'll also stop the blinking.
