Summary0003365: Game display delays(not pauses) for a short period every second or so
DescriptionImmediately upon striking the earth, and through restarts, the dwarves move for about 3/4 of a second, then freeze for about 1/4 sec. Times are estimates. Tried with [PRINT_MODE:STANDARD] and [PRINT_MODE:2D] (not sure if that's relevant).
Steps To ReproduceHappens while not paused on dwarf display. Using DF+ tileset with 31.15. No mods.

I have the same problem (I'm also using XP). Thought it might be related to framerate, but uncapping didn't affect it.

This one needs to be added to the fixed list for 31.16 Toady himself said he fixed it, but I guess he missed the actual report here since he saw it on the forum. I'll post about it on the announcement thread as well.
