Summary | 0003518: Randomly generated beasts can be caught by thick webs
Description | If a giant cave spider is captured and encouraged to shoot webs over a trap, any titan, forgotten beast, or demon that steps on the web will be incapacitated and will trigger the trap; if it happens to be a cage trap, this will result in the beast being caged, something which probably isn't supposed to be possible. Such creatures should have [WEBIMMUNE] to prevent this from happening.
Additional Information | Fixing 0003149 would ideally make web-shooting beasts immune to webs, so it's not that unreasonable for other beasts to gain that same immunity, considering they're already exceptionally immune to traps (by having [NOSTUN] to protect them from cave-ins).

See http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=64385.0 for an example of this being done. |

Beasts which shoot webs now have [WEBIMMUNE], but others do not - whether or not they are still vulnerable to being caged this way has yet to be determined. |
