Summary0003654: Movies recorded in SDL version flash during playback
DescriptionEvery so many frames, the videos I record in the recent SDL build flash with what appear to be corrupted frames; they are panned diagonally and have patches of gobbledygook, maybe created by wraparound.
Steps To ReproduceRecord and play back a video in the SDL version 31.18.
