Do you have kill orders on any kobold thieves, as in 0003555? |
It has nothing to do with the lever - if you just unpause it will crash. As I'm on Vista, doesn't appear to be OS specific. There are no exposed kobolds on the map and no kill orders issued. One squad of 4, inactive. No Points or Routes. No burrows. [TRUETYPE:NO]. Seeing 0002273. Some sections of axle had dump designations on them, removing those designations still leads to a crash. Don't see anything else unusual in the stocks. Verified generated in 31.18. Forbid all items at the trade depot and cancelled all 'store item' jobs, but still get crash. |

Any errorlog stuff? |
Nothing in errorlog.txt. This is an APPCrash. Doesn't appear to be any modding or raw fiddling. |
I can confirm that there was no modding or raw fiddling involved. In case the information is useful, I had saved and made a backup of the save right before I was to turn on the pump stack. When I loaded things back up, set the switch to be flipped, and unpaused, the application crashed. A repeat caused the same thing to happen, so I submitted this bug report. Now, either there is something odd with the save and/or load process, or I got extremely lucky with my timing of the save. |
Did you make the backup while it was in the process of saving? |
No; afterward. More to the point, I waited until df went back to the title screen before doing a: cp -r region3 region3-backup from within the data/save directory. After this, I went "Continue Playing" "region3". |
Getting similar crash on 0002728 - they both have undead animals. |
I reverted to a save at the beginning of the season, and played a while. Then I saved. After loading this save, the new save crashes after un-pausing. (This is getting frustrating.) http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=3569 |
