| Description | Early in Fortress mode, two dwarves died. It took a while to reclaim the bodies, since there was water involved, but they were eventually moved to a refuse pile, temporarily. Coffins were built and placed and their remains moved into them. Later, one of the dwarves appeared as a forlorn ghost. Checking his coffin, it claims that it belongs to him, but is not listed as the final resting place as it is for the other dwarf. | ||||

Perhaps the dwarf died in multiple pieces and you were unable to entomb all of the pieces? |

It is possible that some of the pieces were missed. I tried to gather from the forum if this was a requirement or not. If it is required that all pieces be entombed, then I think it may be safe to close this issue. |
