Sounds like a suggestion to me. That's another function of the mantis tracker, but is usually used more in open source team projects. |

Suggestions for DF should, until further notice, be placed in the suggestions forum. Moreover the notice includes the dwarf's name, so you can find out who they are using the units screen and thus also figure out what tasks they accomplish, and what sort of skills htey have. |
