Summary | 0004265: Dwarves in very shallow magma make no attempt to escape
Description | A dwarf standing in, and surrounded by, magma will just stand there and burn to death, even if he could get out of the magma by taking just 2 steps. Also, it is very unrealistic for an unburdened dwarf to be unable to outrun magma. Magma/lava flows in real life are very slow. Actually, dwarves in magma don't burn to death, they "bleed" to death. Magma and fire should cause burning, not "bleeding", and burns should behave differently from bleeding. Burns in real life take much longer to kill you than bleeding does. But the main thing is the stupid unwillingness to move when surrounded by magma, even when moving only two steps would mean getting out of it.
Steps To Reproduce | Tunnel into the core of a volcano, making a tunnel at least 10 steps long.
