Summary0004414: Several map tiles inaccessible, items in them unusable, cannot build workshop on tile
DescriptionI have a jeweler's workshop, and a 3x3 furniture stockpile immediately to its right, configured to hold high-value furniture for gem setting. I have been using the stockpile successfully for over 13 game years.

Now the tiles of that 3x3 stockpile are suddenly not accessible. There is an armor stand and weapon rack in the stockpile which will never be used for gem setting (and if designated to be built somewhere, will never be built). I also tried demolishing the jeweler's workshop, removing the stockpile, and building a new jeweler's workshop on the 3x3 space the stockpile previously occupied.

At a guess, it might be triggered by the discovery of the magma sea (I dug down to the magma very late in the game).

At the bottom of the fort you can see two finished smelters (and an unfinished
forge) and a channel designation for a new forge. The designation has been sitting there for a couple of years, so I also think the smelters might have gotten broken (The two smelters have Melt Object jobs, but nobody goes down there to do them, despite most of my workers having Furnace Operation on.

Manager screen does not list any suspended or stopped jobs.

It doesn't seem to be pathfinding, I tried stationing a military squad at the bottom and they pathed there properly.

Whatever broke the tiles, it is probably not at the exact instant the magma sea was discovered (as I was able to build the smelters) but possibly some time after, maybe a game week or so.

It is possibly related to the "unmovable items after reclaim bug" except in this case I have not reclaimed and the items become unmovable in the middle of gameplay. As a guess it seems related to jobs/items (armor stand/rack, smelter job, channel designation).

Save is provided below:
Steps To ReproduceLoad save from http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=4103

Zoom using F8, tiles are immediately to the right of Jeweler's workshop, containing an iron armor stand and weapons rack. The stand and rack are set to be built in the hallway just outside the workshop, and despite several idle dwarves, will never be built.

If you cancel the building designation and order the jeweler's shop to encrust furniture, the stand and rack will never be picked (despite being right next to workshop.

If you demolish the jewelers workshop, remove the stockpile in the 3x3 area to the right, and try to build a new workshop in that 3x3 area, it will never be built (despite having two dwarves with only gem labors enabled).
Additional InformationMods in the save include Wanderer's Friend/Tanmod, modified version of Profit's Annihilator and Display Case mod, all manually updated to be compatible with 21.24 raws. The game itself was genned under .24 and copied to .25, and thus is still using the .24 cave dragon raw (no cave dragons on map, though).
