| Description | Typical Windows application crash dialog when a certain artifact is finished. I have made a lot of forts and artifacts, this is the first time i experienced this. This is not a reclaimed fort. No Mods, but used DFhack 0.5.15 helpers like dfautodump, dfcleanowned, etc. Truetype is disabled. Using Ironhands graphics. No Saves Compresion. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Continue from saved game I uploaded in http://www.filesavr.com/VGGYNSAK8NU4G15 (no longer valid). EDIT: new save at http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=4749 Wait for artifact to finish in magma forge. Crash. Last 2 lines in log, just before the game crashes, are always the same: 20/07/2011 09:24:09.654: Ustuth Morulkubuk, Animal Dissector has created Dallith kin, a adamantine chain leggings! 20/07/2011 09:24:09.655: Ustuth Morulkubuk has become a Armorer. | ||||

Some mods will modify this setting, and I believe Ironhand does. The parent issue has been resolved for next version, and I'll link this report to that, but this is most likely a duplicate of 0003946. |

I get your exact message in the gamelog at completion and then a crash without TrueType. This save has quite a few Extra Item Occupancy errors. Your param file from world gen also has some strange PS_SV tags at the end of it. http://i881.photobucket.com/albums/ac11/Mondoshawan/Bug4770Param.png Though this isn't a reclaim, I'm going to also relate it to 0002422. |

Since save compatibility has been broken since this report, it's hard to tell whether this crash has since been fixed. If anyone has a save that crashes under similar conditions in the latest version, please upload it to http://dffd.wimbli.com/ and PM a manager on the forums (or reopen the report). |
