Summary	0004846: Noble with office cancels job "update stockpile records: need office"
Description	Seems to be same issue as issue 4055, but I didn't know if I could reopen someone else's issue. Noble currently has office, and is assigned as manager, broker and book keeper. Have always used this setup and have never had the issue before, so have not been able to reproduce. Will post save.
