| Description | I've been chasing some mysterious miasma, and I'm fairly certain it is being produced by a ghost. Tholtig Atirdegel, Ghostly Spinner, is a "restless haunt" and is listed as being "Pale" as though from blood loss. Everywhere this ghost goes, miasma is generated from his tile. In the save provided, the game is centered on a miasma filled room. The source tile is that light purple patch near the bottom right, and on that tile is the Ghost in question. You can also find him through the units menu- follow him around for a while and you'll see what I mean. For all I know, this is an intended feature, in which case I'll go update the wiki entry on Ghosts. | ||||

Wouldn't "Pale ghost producing miasma" be a less misleading title? |

There's been another report of a miasmatic ghost on the forums, with the ghost of a merchant that died after being rotted by a syndrome. I'm guessing a rotting syndrome was likely involved here as well. http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=52208.msg2722667#msg2722667 |

I suspect this issue was fixed as part of the fix for 5326. |
