Summary | 0004955: Pitted animals cannot be re-pitted
Description | If you pit an animal (goblins in my case) and they escape and are subsequently captured in a cage trap, they cannot be pitted again. Their cages do not show up in the pit screen or in stocks.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. capture some gobbos in cage traps. 2. disarm them. 3. throw them into a pit. 4. allow them to escape into more cage traps 5. attempt to pit them again.
Additional Information | A memory issue may be in play here: at the time they were re-captured in the cage traps after I let them loose from the pit I was conducting a massive underground tree farm dig.

After about a season, the gobbos died. Maybe the bug was that they were dying from the first pitting fall, but caging them slowed down their death? |
