Summary	0005066: Zooming to quest does not magnify map
Description	If you attempt to zoom to a quest whose destination is in the same world map tile you're currently in, it will not zoom in to give you a more detailed view of the area as it did back in 0.31 and earlier - it simply remains in the zoomed-out view with a flashing blue "O" on top of your current location.
