Summary	0005148: Dwarves no longer dump through hatches
Description	Dwarves used to, afaik, open hatches to dump things into holes (specified by adjacent garbage zone). Now they just seem to dump items on top of the hatch. Am doing this outside, trying to dump all bodies/parts into a hole (1z down) so they can't climb back out on resurrection. The hole also happens to be over a downramp into a murky pond.
