| Description | I get a crash saying; Missing material template: GIZZARD_TEMPLATE whenever i try to start up a old save of mine. I have also tried generating a new world but i get the save crash when i hit enter to gen a world. I have tried to re download 0.34 version twice and i still get the same issue. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Start up Dwarf fortress. Select continue playing. press enter. Game should crash. | ||||

The current release is not save-compatible with older releases. If that's what you're trying, then this is what happens. |

Koolchandler, I have two steps I'd like you to try (and report back here on)... 1. Does the problem persist with a clean 34.01 install? 2. Can you run other maps (i.e. ones generated in 34.01) and continue them without issue? |

DarthCloakedDwarf: slightly offtopic, but I actually tried importing a 0.31.25 savegame and it didn't even acknowledge that it existed - despite everything being in the correct folder, my only option at the main menu was to generate a new world. |
