Summary0005441: Modded Civ with Flee/Hide Interaction triggers Ambush pause with diplomat
DescriptionIf a modded civ can use a fleeing interaction that puts them in hiding/sneak mode, it triggers the "Ambush curse them" pause everytime they use it because some wildlife come near the diplomat
Steps To Reproduce* Add a fleeing interaction to a Civ that trades with you (or play as them and have diplomat)
* watch diplomat running near wildlife/into thiefs or snatchers etc
* get annoyed by pause screen for no reason
Additional Informationdidnt seem it was a problem with traders maybe because the merchant escorts make quick deposion of the kobold thief and weasels etc

noticed a few new odd behaviors with that:
the diplomat will stay hidden unless attacked again before the cooldown on the interaction ends. he will even stay hidden while conducting a meeting and is not on unit screen.

also my own drow in the case that fleed from wildlife or siegers stay in sneak mode forever, they train ambusher/sneaking like crazy, but are notably slowed down, even extremly agiles are slower than clumsy ones after using the interaction... until i put them in a squad to attack something so they leave sneak mode.
