| Description | When encrusting an item with gems at a jewller's workshop, the task cannot be set to repeat. Pressing the "r" key displays an "R" beside the task on the interface - however as soon as the cursor is moved again it disappears. It is unclear at the moment whether this is simply an interface bug (i.e. the job is repeated despite the "R" not being displayed) or a task bug (i.e. the job is not repeated). | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Build a jewllers 2. (After aquiring cut gems) Create an "Encrust finished goods with X" job 3. Press "r" to repeat 4. Move the cursor. | ||||

Might be intentional? I seem to recall in previous versions complaints that using encrust on repeat resulted in a single piece of furniture getting massively blinged out, which isn't exactly the point. |

Perhaps, but it's still possible to repeat other similar tasks ("Decorate with bone" for example) |

"massively blinged out" ~ Something like http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/File:Deko.png ? In 40.21 I can set that encrusting job to repeat, move cursor and it stays there. Even after unpausing, moving cursor some more, completing this job it is still there set to be repeated. This report can then be probably closed. It may have been processed during that jobs overhaul in 40.20... |
